Role description
Own features end-to-end — from a rough idea in a founder's head to a shipped, tested product in front of real recruiters and candidates
Improve and scale the natural-language search pipeline (query parsing → structured filters → ranking)
Help design the data model as the candidate/recruiter matching logic matures beyond MVP
Make real architecture and tooling calls — this is a small enough team that your technical opinions become the technical decisions
Work directly with the founder on both product and GTM feedback loops (you'll hear from real users fast, and be expected to act on it fast)
