Role description
ou'll work on Hyrrd's backend — the systems that power job/candidate matching, the NL search pipeline, and the recruiter/candidate dashboards. This is hands-on, real-production work, not a sandboxed side project — your code will ship to real users on a live platform.
What you'll work on
Building and fixing API endpoints across the candidate and recruiter dashboards
Helping improve data quality and validation (e.g., form inputs, filter logic, matching queries)
Writing and debugging database queries (PostgreSQL) tied to the matching/ranking engine
Fixing real bugs surfaced from live QA and user feedback — you'll see the direct impact of your work
Pairing closely with the founding engineer on more complex features as you ramp up
