Role description
You'll work on the parts of Hyrrd that recruiters and candidates actually see and use every day — the dashboards, the careers/job listing pages, the NL search interface. Good UI matters a lot for a product whose whole pitch is "better signal, less noise," so attention to detail is genuinely valued here, not just tolerated.
What you'll work on
Building and refining UI components across the candidate dashboard, recruiter dashboard, and public careers pages
Fixing real, reported bugs (e.g., non-functional filters, layout issues, inconsistent states) — you'll be handed a live punch list, not a toy assignment
Improving responsiveness and polish across devices
Working with the design language already established on the site to keep new features visually consistent
Occasionally working with API data (fetching, displaying, handling loading/empty/error states properly — something the current MVP needs more of)
